It's not hard to fill special orders, it's no problem to make a burger with no ketchup if that's what you want. It's just like anything else: be nice about it. If something's messed up, we'll fix it if you just ask. Getting mad and throwing a lot of 'tude around isn't necessary. I'm not saying we put rat poison in the food or anything, but if someone came through and was being a real douche, we might... "enhance" his order a little bit. Really bums me out when customers are rude to a min wage or customer service worker. Especially if it is not the person who is having the rudeness aimed at them who's fault it is. I have stepped in once and it was at a McDonalds. Also he was at a McDonalds. I mean come on dude what were you expecting? I guess without knowing the details it is a tough one, but I am sure if the guy would of been polite the issue would of been resolved at the time. And it is not like a manager was not on duty the night before. I heard if you order the fries without salt they have to make them fresh. One of them tricks to get the good stuff out of McD's. It's all about being polite. One of the best guidelines for getting through life: Just be nice.
