Don’t taze me, bro!
September 18th, 2007 by JeffSome dorkus-malorkus college student got tazed by security at a John Kerry Q&A. This is destined to be one of the funniest clips of the year. “Don’t taze me, bro!” is going to become an internet catch phrase for sure. Lots of people don’t see the humor, but I think the kid was being disorderly and causing a scene and he pretty much got what was coming to him.

The “Don’t taze me, bro!” plea resonated with me so much that I put it into a blog post and designed a line of merchandise featuring the plea. If nothing else, you’ll find it worth a look.

seems like they just wanted to play with thier new tazer guns, earlier in the video you see the one guy pull it out but doesn’t use it, then that is all they yell while he is down. They could have easily detained him 4 on 1 without the tazer.

Yeah, maybe not totally necessary but it’s a non-lethal, relatively safe way to incapacitate a person and beyond all that: You simply can not act that way in close proximity to a U.S. senator, even if it is a loser like Kerry
In this case, the kid was just being an ass, but you can’t risk that he might have had something worse up his sleeve and might’ve intended to hurt a senator.
